The short version. APE Analytics currently offers a single weekly subscription that renews every seven (7) days. You may cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of the paid week. Because our content is delivered digitally and immediately, we generally do not issue refunds for elapsed weeks, but we consider requests for billing errors, technical failures, and extended service outages case-by-case.
Entertainment purposes only. Your subscription buys access to editorial sports-analytics content produced for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not a subscription to wagering advice, picks, or any guaranteed outcome.
1. Scope
This Refund & Subscription Policy governs paid subscriptions to the APE Analytics Discord Community offered by APE, LLC ("APE," "we," "us," or "our"). It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms.
2. Current Subscription Offering
At the time of this Policy, APE offers a single weekly subscription tier. Details of the offering:
- Cadence: Recurring weekly (every seven days)
- Price: As displayed at checkout, in U.S. Dollars (USD)
- Deliverable: Access to the APE Analytics private Discord Community and the analytics content published there
- Renewal: Automatic every seven days until you cancel
We may introduce additional tiers or billing cadences (monthly, seasonal, annual) in the future. Any new tier will be governed by this Policy or a superseding policy disclosed at the time of the offer.
3. Billing, Renewal, and Payment Processor
Payment processor. APE uses Stripe, Inc. as its exclusive payment processor. When you subscribe, you provide your payment card information directly to Stripe. APE does not receive, store, or process full payment card numbers. Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy govern its handling of your payment data.
Automatic weekly renewal. Your subscription automatically renews every seven (7) days at the then-current weekly price until you cancel. Your card is charged on each renewal date. You authorize APE and Stripe to charge your payment method on this recurring basis when you complete checkout.
Currency and taxes. Prices are quoted and charged in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted. Foreign-transaction fees, currency-conversion fees, and any applicable sales, use, VAT, or similar taxes are your responsibility. Where APE is required to collect tax, it will be shown at checkout.
Failed payments. If a scheduled weekly renewal payment is declined or otherwise fails, we may pause your access to the Discord Community until payment is successfully processed. Repeated failed payments will result in cancellation of your subscription.
Statement descriptor. Charges will appear on your statement under the descriptor assigned by Stripe (typically referencing "APE" or "BankOnAPE"). If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us at support@bankonape.com before disputing with your bank.
4. Access via Discord
Paid content and community discussion are delivered through Discord, operated by Discord Inc. To use the Services, you must maintain a Discord account in good standing and agree to Discord's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
After a successful payment, we will link your Discord account to your subscription and grant access to the paid channels. Loss of your Discord account, suspension by Discord, or a ban issued by Discord for platform-rule violations is outside APE's control and does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current weekly billing period. You retain access to the paid Community through the end of that week, and your subscription will not renew for the following week.
How to cancel. Cancellation is handled through the Stripe-hosted customer portal linked from your account or from the receipt email you received at signup. If you cannot locate the portal link, email support@bankonape.com from the email address on your subscription and we will cancel it manually within one (1) business day.
No cancellation fee. There is no fee to cancel and no minimum commitment beyond the current weekly period.
6. Refunds
General policy. APE Analytics delivers digital content and community access immediately upon subscription. Because that content cannot be "returned" once delivered, we generally do not issue refunds for weeks that have already elapsed or are currently in progress. When you cancel, you keep access for the remainder of the current weekly period at no additional charge.
Exceptions considered case-by-case. We will review refund requests for the following circumstances:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges caused by a technical or billing error on our side or Stripe's side
- Extended service outages that prevent access to the paid Community for a material portion of the paid week and that are within APE's reasonable control
- Unauthorized charges resulting from fraud or a compromised payment method, subject to verification and reasonable cooperation with Stripe and your card issuer
- Applicable consumer-protection laws that provide you a statutory right to a refund we are required to honor
- Other exceptional circumstances at APE's sole and reasonable discretion
How to request a refund. Email support@bankonape.com within thirty (30) days of the charge. Include:
- The email address associated with your subscription
- The date and amount of the charge
- The last four digits of the card used (never the full number)
- A brief description of the reason for your request
We will acknowledge your request within two (2) business days and respond substantively within seven (7) business days.
Refund processing. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your card issuer and typically takes five (5) to ten (10) business days after we authorize the refund.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
Please contact support@bankonape.com before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. Most billing issues are resolved faster and more easily by working with us directly than by opening a chargeback.
If a chargeback is filed, we may pause your access to the Discord Community pending resolution. For chargebacks that are determined by the card network to be unfounded, fraudulent, or in bad faith, APE reserves the right to (a) terminate your access to the Services, (b) refuse future subscriptions from you, and (c) recover reasonable costs incurred in responding to the chargeback, in each case to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Price Changes
We may adjust the weekly subscription price from time to time. Any price change will apply to future weekly billing periods only. We will provide reasonable advance notice (at least seven days for the current tier, or thirty days if we introduce structural changes) through the Site, the Community, or an email to your subscription email address. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before the change takes effect and retain access through the end of your current paid week.
9. Promotions and Trials
From time to time we may offer promotional pricing, discounts, or short free-trial periods. Promotional offers are subject to any additional terms disclosed at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise stated, promotional or trial subscriptions convert to a standard-priced recurring weekly subscription at the end of the promotional period, and you may cancel at any time before conversion to avoid being charged.
10. Termination by APE
APE may suspend or terminate your subscription at any time for a material violation of our Terms of Service, our Community rules, or applicable law, or for conduct that materially harms the Community (harassment, doxxing, sharing paid content externally, etc.). Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees. Termination without cause is not our normal practice, but if APE terminates your account without cause we will provide a pro-rated refund of the unused portion of the current weekly period.
11. EU / UK Consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen (14) days of subscribing. By purchasing a subscription and being granted immediate access to the Discord Community, you expressly request that we begin performance of the Services immediately and acknowledge that, under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (and the equivalent UK Consumer Contracts Regulations), you will lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content and community access have been supplied. Nothing in this Policy limits any statutory right you may have that cannot be waived by contract.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Site or the Community with reasonable advance notice. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
