DMCA Copyright Notices

APE Analytics respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. If you believe that content on our Site or in our Community infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent that includes all of the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (a direct URL is preferred)
4. Your contact information, including full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

Counter-Notices. If your content was removed in response to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was made in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), using the same contact information above.

Repeat Infringers. APE has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at APE's sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

Service of Process

Formal legal process (subpoenas, complaints, and other litigation-related notices) should be directed to APE's registered agent on file with the Tennessee Secretary of State. General legal correspondence may be sent to legal@bankonape.com, but service of process by email is not accepted.

Response Time

We aim to respond to all inquiries within two (2) business days. Complex requests, formal legal notices, and privacy-rights requests may take longer, up to the timeframes specified in the applicable policy or by law.
